1.Position Title: Project Manager

based in East African countries Established back in 2006 in Somalia serving almost two decades the most
vulnerable groups in the society. MCAN fosters impactful change through community engagement. Embracing
inclusion Advocacy, justice for all and responding emergency in all sectors (Protection, WASH, food security,
women empowerment, health, and economic development.). The project title will focus on Enhancing
inclusion, participation and access to services for Minority Groups under partnership with UNICEF the Project
Manager will oversee and manage all the activities related to the project.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the six months
project for: Enhancing inclusion, participation and access to services for Minority Groups. The successful
candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and
within budget. This role is essential for ensuring project success and alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
 Coordinate and supervise project team members and resources.
 Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
 Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
 Facilitate communication between teams, partners, and stakeholders.
 Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
 3years of experience in project management, preferably in [specific sector, e.g., development,
humanitarian, etc.].
 Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Skills and Competencies:
 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Proficiency in project management software.

 Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or
equivalent certification preferred.
 2years of experience in financial management or accounting.
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field
 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in humanitarian or development settings.
 Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
